As we settle into the second month of 2024 we are just finishing up our second sill repair of the year. Both cars came in with rust in both the outer and inner sills, especially around the rear sub-frame mount area which is a common MOT failure point.

We carefully cut out the corroded metal.

We then weld in new metal in a manner consistent with the construction of the original sills. The new metal is painted with a long lasting rust protecting paint.

Once any internal repairs are completed the outer sill is refitted and welded into place.
